Design Development & Planning

Once a preferred design is chosen, we’ll develop it into a refined proposal, considering materials, space, natural light, and how everything comes together. When you're ready, we’ll prepare and submit your planning application, guiding you through the process and acting as your agent with the local authority.

Technical & Construction Drawings

Once planning is approved, we’ll produce detailed technical drawings and specifications to guide construction and help secure accurate contractor quotes. We’ll also prepare the necessary information for Building Regulations approval, ensuring the design meets all standards before work begins.
